Rejection Letters


Rejection can be tough.

Anyone serious about writing has faced rejection at one time or another. Sometimes, rejection take the form a standard, impersonal business letter.  If you’re lucky, your letter might have a hand-written note of encouragement or even a suggestion from an editor. Editors are by no means obligated to provide any feedback whatsoever.  So, if you receive any form of personal correspondence consider yourself lucky and pay attention to it.

I’ve recently decided to start posting some of my rejection letters here (see below).  I hope you find some encouragement by reading mine and in knowing you’re not alone.
